This was another productive day for me. In looking for a facility to hold a seminar, I had an opportunity to tour the Lone Star College Learning Center. Myra took good care of me. She was an excellent "tour guide." She was articulate, professional and very personable. Talking about making me proud.
Now, about the cake. Jim decided he wanted to bake a cake with a frosting and topping. Here is the kicker, I got to make the frosting and topping. So Jim's Cake Project became our project! The frosting and topping had to be made in a double boiler and constantly stirred. That was my job. I "tagged" him by helping with the most difficult part of the entire project.
